On weekends I enjoy going to the beach, splashing in the waves of Lake Michigan, hiking Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and biking the trails through the cherry orchards and along the bay. Nature puts me in tune with a greater existence than my own, yet I have a place in it. The diversity of Michigan’s scenic landscape is creative stimulation for artists. This has inspired me to create more paintings and photos of beautiful Northern Michigan.

There will be more photos of my artwork added to this site, mostly of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Benzie County, and other favorite places of mine growing up in Northern Michigan and vacationing here while I lived away.
